For Windows
Please ensure that all antivirus and firewall programs are disabled during installation, and that you are updated to the latest Windows Service Packs.
To install all bundled documentation and applications for your MindWave Mobile, please download and install this bundle:
IMPORTANT: Carefully follow the instructions in the Quick Start Guide and User Guide to ensure proper installation and pairing before use.
If you are installing to Windows 8, you will also need to download and update your Silverlight when prompted.
For Mac
NOTE: Currently, due to a compatibility issue between Adobe Air and OS X 10.5.8 Leopard, the MindWave Mobile software installation will not be able to complete. We are working towards a solution for Adobe Air for 10.5.8, please stay tuned. In the meantime, you could try updating to OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard or 10.7 Lion.
Please ensure that you are running OS X 10.6.8 or later with an Intel processor, and that you have Administrator Privileges for your Mac (Don't worry, most Mac users have Administrator Privileges by default. If you do not, please contact your System Administrator before continuing). Please also ensure that all antivirus and firewall programs are disabled during installation.
To install all bundled documentation and applications for your MindWave Mobile, please download and install this bundle:

If you are unable to create new user accounts or encounter other problems in Meditation Journal, you will need to either download and install the bundle above, or install the DVD and then install this version of Meditation Journal:
